All content on this website — including patterns, photos, text, graphics, and designs — is the property of Lollipop Quilt Studio and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, share, sell, or distribute our digital patterns, artwork, or instructional materials without written permission.
Purchasing a digital pattern gives you a personal use license only — you may use it to make items for yourself or as handmade gifts.
You may not reproduce, resell, or teach from our patterns without prior authorization.
2. Digital Patterns
All quilt patterns purchased from Lollipop Quilt Studio are digital downloads unless otherwise stated.
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a download link by email.
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all pattern sales are final.
If you experience download issues, please contact us — we’re happy to help!
3. Physical Products (Fabric, Notions, and Supplies)
We strive to accurately represent colors and materials, but please note that variations may occur due to screen settings or dye lots.
We do not guarantee color matching across products.
All PDF Patterns/Digital Products are Non-Refundable
Returns or exchanges for fabric, notions, or kits are accepted only for defective or damaged items, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part. We are not responsible for damage due to shipping. You will need to contact the shipping company as they are responsible for damage due to shipping.
- Return must be initiated with 14 days from purchase date, 7 days from delivery date
- Items must be in their original unused condition, and original packaging
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Payment & Security
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe).
We do not store or have access to your payment details.
5. Shipping
We currently ship physical products.
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
Once shipped, Lollipop Quilt Studio is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by postal services.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy.
Your personal information is used only to process orders, communicate with you, and improve your shopping experience.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
