Returns or exchanges for fabric, notions, or kits are accepted only for defective or damaged items,  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.  We are not responsible for damage due to shipping. You will need to contact the shipping company as they are responsible for damage due to shipping.

• Return must be initiated with 14 days from purchase date
• Items must be in their original unused condition, and original packaging
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
